On the first floor, there is a spacious conference room equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ideal for important meetings and presentations. Next to it, a cozy reception area welcomes both employees and visitors, and a multi-purpose room provides a versatile space for company events and activities.

On the second floor, 60 workstations are distributed in an open space design that promotes interaction and creativity. There are 7 meeting rooms, each equipped with the latest communication and collaboration tools. In addition to conventional work areas, the new offices include special spaces such as a breastfeeding room for employee mothers, a play area for relaxation and fun, and two office and two phone booths to facilitate communication and collaboration.

The project involved a range of tasks, from a comprehensive technical audit to cost control and execution of the works. A detailed analysis of the users' needs was carried out to ensure that the design met their expectations and requirements. Pre-design and design optimization was also carried out to maximize space and efficiency. Materials compatible with occupational health and safety regulations (IGH) were selected, taking into account their thermal potential and durability.

Thanks to close collaboration between the Facebook and Kardham Gabiteco teams, the project was completed within budget and on schedule. The end result is an innovative and welcoming workspace that promotes employee productivity and well-being.
