In this Turn-key approach, we automatically make service providers compete against one another. You have full decision over the final choice. Moreover, you benefit from a total transparency thanks to our open book principle: all subcontractors are known to the Contracting authority and their estimate is available at your request.
What is the difference between a General company and a General Contractor ?
We are thus the sole representative of the client and we sub-contract the construction to companies doing building works on a per lot basis.
A General Company itself, intervenes only in the construction phase by joining together all trades of the building construction works.
