2017 Continuing our development internationally.
Kardham improves its international presence with an office in Morocco.
2016 Two new shareholders and a new brand identity: Kardham.
The Amsycom group strengthens its position of independent leader, and announces in March the entry into its share capital of Bpifrance and Amundi Private Equity Funds, as minor reference shareholders. Their entry into the share capital provides the group with the necessary means to pursue its ambitions.
The Amsycom group changes its name and becomes Kardham. Kardham accompanies its customers from their real estate strategic thinking to the operational implementation of their projects (construction, rehabilitation and development) through three trades:
Kardham Consulting, Kardham Cardete Huet Architecture and Kardham Design and build. Kardham brings together nearly 200 collaborators and has a turnover of more than € 37m.
2014 Merger of the architectural and town planning agency Cardete Huet Architectes.
Cardete Huet Architectes joins the Amsycom group.
Present in France for nearly 40 years, Cardete Huet Architectes is one of the 20 best French agencies with an international profile. Among its references: the Toulouse-Blagnac airport, the A350 and A380 assembly factories, the Euro 2016 stadiums, the Aeroscopia aeronautical museum, the university of Toulouse-Jean Jaurès, the French embassies in Bogota and in Iraq, the new towns Ben Guerir and Khouribga in Morocco, to name only a few.
This merger makes it possible for the Amsycom group to offer to its contracting authorities or users’ customers three complementary trades: consultancy, architecture and real estate projects management.
2012 A growing group.
The Amsycom group increases the density of its national network with three new agencies, in Nantes (2009), Lille (2011) and Bordeaux (2012), and begins its expansion in Europe with the opening of an office in Brussels in partnership with the architectural firm Beauvoir Architecture.
Created in 1986, Beauvoir Architecture takes part in many office, retail or residential renovation and construction projects.
This partnership has allowed Amsycom to increase its capabilities in architecture.
In parallel, the group creates two new divisions: Workplace Consulting, to back up organisational changes, and a CAS team offering service coordination and standardisation at national level.
2006 Acquisition of Artay and founding of the Amsycom group.
The acquisition of Artay, a project management company specialised in industry and logistics, makes it possible for Amsycom to widen its expertise and its range of action.
The company thereafter creates two new complementary companies: Amsycom Architecture, a corporate member of the Association of Architects, and Amsycom Transaction Immobilières (ATI). These entities are pooled under the Amsycom group.
2003 National development.
Since its founding, Amsycom has been developing in the trades of tertiary professional spaces development, and spreads out across France: Paris (1994), Lyon (2002) and Toulouse (2003).
1992 Creation of Amsycom.
Responding to developments in information and workspaces technologies, Yadran Begovic creates the Amsycom company.
Contraction of the terminology “Design and build des SYstèmes de COMmunication”, Amsycom works in partnership with businesses to help them rethink their workspaces.
With its head office in Strasbourg, the company provides turnkey office solutions.
