2 - Purpose of processing
The purpose of the data processing is to collect application response data in order to respond to a job offer, internship or work-study programme.
The data transmitted is used by our recruitment department solely in the strictest context of responding to a job offer, internship, work-study programme or unsolicited application.
Data is kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless otherwise notified to old@old.fr.
3 - Data collected
As part of the process of responding to job offers on our recruitment page, we collect and process your surname, first name, email address, as well as all the information contained in the attachments (CV and/or covering letter) that you have sent us. The compulsory or optional nature of the data collected is indicated at the time of collection by the words "(optional)".
Depending on the offers proposed, we may ask for additional data to refine our selection.
We never ask for so-called sensitive information (race, ethnic group, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual orientation or criminal record).
If you choose to include so-called sensitive information in your CV or cover letter in response to an advertisement, it will be transmitted to the recruiters for whom you are responding to an offer or to the recruiters who consult your CV in our CV library as you have written it in your CV or cover letter.
