Appointment of Roman Coste: associate director

Roman will be in charge of developing the Kardham business with investors and owners of tertiary, industrial and / or commercial buildings. As such, he will implement the group's business development policy across the board for all of Kardham's businesses: consulting, architecture and planning.

Roman Coste, previously President of CBRE WorkSpace and Managing Director of CBRE Agency France, has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. He joined CBRE in 1995 and since the merger with Bourdais in 2004, has successively managed the activities of CBRE in the regions and since 2009, the WorkSpace subsidiary specializing in the design and layout of workspaces. Since 2013, the agency office in Ile-de-France has been added to this, followed by all of the Corporate Services activities.
