Kardham presents its 2026 white paper

June 2026

Innovation is the result of a two-pronged process. On the one hand, it involves creating something new in order to maintain a creative momentum. On the other hand, and in keeping with the etymology of the verb ‘to innovate’, it involves renewing what already exists.

It is this duality that we aim to explore here in this third edition of Kardham’s TOP 10.

Ten innovative concepts have been selected this year for their ability to stimulate thinking about working environments.

But let’s be clear: these concepts are not intrinsically new, as they are already being explored in various fields of research; however, when revisited from the perspective of organisational transformation through space, they prove particularly fruitful because they are, to a certain extent, innovative.
