Kardham strengthens its position in Germany with the opening of a new branch in the heart of Frankfurt

In January 2022, the Group set down roots in Germany, creating the legal entity Kardham Deutschland and carrying out its first external growth operation in Germany, with the acquisition of P.O.T. Beratungsteam GmbH, an independent consultant of professional real estate in Linden, north of Frankfurt.

A little more than two years later, Kardham Germany set up a new office in the heart of Frankfurt, as part of a major expansion in one of Europe's most dynamic markets. This location enables Kardham Germany's teams to be as close as possible to their customers and prospects, while at the same time gaining in attractiveness to existing and future employees thanks to this strategic location.

Since 2022, the Group's French and German teams have been working closely together to support existing projects and develop new ones for international customers. This breakthrough into the German market is aided by the complementary nature of the two teams' businesses. Kardham Germany has expanded its range of architectural, consulting and design & build services to meet the needs of larger-scale projects.

Kardham Germany employs a total of 25 people with over 35 years' experience in consulting, design and implementation of innovative work environments: projects ranging from 500 to 50,000 m², for companies with 50 to 5,000 employees in all sectors.

The new office is located at Gutleutstraße 46, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, just a stone's throw from the central station.
