Pyramide d'Argent : Horizon project wins Solutions for the Circular Economy pyramid

November 2023

The Horizon project, designed by our architects and supported by Urbis Réalisations, won this week the Pyramide d'argent "Solutions for the circular economy" award.

This housing program, in the future Guillaumet eco-district in Toulouse, reflects our strong commitment to the themes of the circular economy and biodiversity.

The 60 units, spread over five levels with penthouse apartments, are organized around a central area in the heart of the block, with a focus on social interaction.
Each unit benefits from generous outdoor spaces.

The project is designed to encourage the use of public transportation and active modes of transport, pedestrians and cyclists, with public spaces running through the neighborhood and providing quick access to metro stations, local amenities and shops.

This project is being carried out jointly by our Architecture and Engineering teams, with support from the Tournesol design office for circular economy issues.
The project is certified NF Habitat, BIODIVERCITY and CIRCOLAB.
Delivery is scheduled for June 2025.

Congratulations to our teams, who have won a Silver Pyramid for the 3rd time!
