The space features a contemporary and welcoming aesthetic, where warm tones, natural materials, and strategically distributed lighting create an atmosphere that encourages comfort and relaxation, supporting longer customer dwell time. Furniture was selected both for comfort and to optimize customer flow within a high-traffic retail environment.

The location within a flagship outlet village presented specific logistical challenges: restricted access during peak hours, close coordination with the shopping center, and precise schedule management to minimize impact on surrounding activity. Our team carefully planned each phase, ensuring compatibility with site operations and visitor flows.
