Kardham at the Forefront of Real Estate Innovation

On June 9, during the Annual Meeting of Corporate Real Estate Directors organized by the French Association of Corporate Real Estate Directors (ADI), Jean-François Couëc, President of Kardham Group, had the honor of presenting the 2026 Innovation Award.

Bringing together leading players in the corporate real estate industry each year, the event celebrates the people and projects that are shaping the future of the sector. The 2026 edition highlighted inspiring initiatives across strategic fields such as energy, infrastructure, defense, and innovation.

A long-standing partner of ADI and a member of the Awards Jury, Jean-François Couëc presented this year’s Innovation Award to Olumee, recognized for its contribution to the development of innovative solutions that enhance workplace environments and real estate user experiences.
