KARDHAM, new identity of the group

While EDF has renewed its confidence in the group, new major customers have called on KARDHAM Conseil: Schneider Electric, Crédit Agricole, Capgemini, Suez, etc. Several missions have been carried out outside France's borders: in Belgium (European Commission ), in Switzerland (Unicef) or in Africa (Total). They demonstrate the ability of KARDHAM consultants in real estate strategy, workplace strategy or change management to promote new ways of working or to secure operations by adapting to local contexts.

2017, TOWARDS NEW GEOGRAPHICAL AND INNOVATION TERRITORIES

The entry of BPIFrance and Amundi Private Equity into the capital of the KARDHAM group, which is also still 90% owned by its executives and founders, opens up new fields of opportunity:

  • Internationally, the group has opened a subsidiary in Morocco. The subsidiary delivers its first operation in the dynamic Marina district of Casablanca in July. KARDHAM also has two representative offices in Belgium and Spain. With the strategic and logistical support of BPIFrance and Business France, KARDHAM's international network will continue to expand into the main European geographies.
  • "KARDHAM Connect", the group’s digital initiative, was born in the first half of the year. It offers its customers a menu of connected services adapted to the challenges of places and their use, with one vocation: to make workplaces the engine of remarkable social dynamics. The first achievements are already being deployed on significant surfaces.
  • “More than ever in the history of the group, we believe that KARDHAM can become the independent French leader in its businesses and go beyond its borders, with an obsession at the heart of the projects that we program, design and deliver: making space the support and the symbol of the success of our customers”, declares Jean-François Couëc.
