New Lyon headquarters for this major player in construction and real estate
The Demathieu Bard group wanted to bring together its various entities in a new headquarters, on the site of the Terrain des Sœurs in Villeurbanne, a high-quality urban project of 3.5 hectares.
In an elegant and contemporary concrete architecture designed by Z Architecture, this project covers 5,000 m², including 2,500 m² for the head office, fitted out by our Lyon teams. A design at the service of new collaborative practices and the quality of life at work.
Establishment of a new work environment in line with the culture and new ways of working for the teams.
