Grouping of 3 Paris sites in the Eastview tower
As part of the Iseview project, Orange wanted to bring together the teams from Créteil (133 people), Paris Villette (63 people) and Montreuil (19 people) on the R + 3, R + 4 and R + 5 floors of the Eastview Tower in Bagnolet, over an area of approximately 2,940 m².
A first strategic framework mission carried out with CODIR made it possible to identify four areas of ambition for this project:
- Transversality
- Customer
- Innovation / digital
- QVT / HR
The aim of this project is the transformation aimed at facilitating exchanges and transversality in order to put the customer at the heart of the strategy.
The workspace
The plant settles in this high-rise building
Small tables with face-to-face Dinner-style armchairs, a common high table or alcoves arranged in front of the large windows allow the positions to be varied according to the uses
