Architecture
The project consists of the construction of an office building on behalf of and on the site of the Adour Garonne Water Agency on rue St Roch. The alignment of existing buildings is carried out continuously and thus ensures the continuity built on the street. On the ground floor, an undulating brick wall forming a base, the two upper levels are more rigorous in their geometry with blue glass sun breezes like the sheltered function.
