The social link is a key aspect of the university reconstruction project by exploiting the strength of the site; the street, but also the more numerous green and mineral spaces, take up an essential place.

The natural qualities of the site have been enhanced by redesigning the 9-hectare site: a landscaping mission followed by Raphia, work carried out by the Courservant company.
