Kardham announces the arrival of Mathieu Boussoussou as director of sustainable development and innovation

His mission within Kardham will be to formalise and deploy a Sustainable Development and Innovation strategy common to all the Group's businesses, as well as to implement the CSR strategy. Mathieu Boussoussou's appointment is in line with Kardham's desire to position itself as a leading player in decarbonisation and, more generally, as a company with innovative sustainable development initiatives for all its activities, products and services. Mathieu Boussoussou will play a cross-functional role at Group level on all these issues, working closely with the various stakeholders and internal teams - R&D, SD, HR, Finance - who have already launched numerous initiatives in this area. He will report to Frédéric Stoppa, Director in charge of strategic and development issues within the Kardham Group Executive Committee.

Mathieu Boussoussou, 36, holds a degree in biology as well as a master's degree in "renewable energies and eco-innovations" obtained in 2012 from ESIEE. He has proven experience in all areas of sustainable development, CSR and innovation acquired within the Eiffage Group. He was in charge of sustainable development at Eiffage Métal/Infrastructure, then at Eiffage Holding where he subsequently became Transverse Innovation Manager before taking up the position of Sustainable Innovation Manager at Eiffage Construction. Mathieu Boussoussou has a strong aptitude for deploying and managing complex multi-partner projects, both strategic and operational, across all of the company's functions and businesses.
