The Orange Tolosa Campus awarded at the 2021 Silver Pyramids

The project received on September 21, 2021 the Business Property Award organized by the Federation of Real Estate Developers of France (FPI)!
The Silver Pyramid is intended to recognize the best projects or achievements presenting aesthetic qualities, but also innovative, in terms of equipment, design or uses, or to be part of the various components of sustainable development: environmental , social and economic.
The Orange Tolosa project has made it possible to transform a logistics site that is 90% waterproofed into a magnificent tertiary complex in a green setting with the revegetation of nearly 1.2 hectares and the planting of more than 250 trees.

housing and tertiary real estate by promoters who are members of the Federation of
