Operation management of a major project with an environmental approach

Within the framework of the national program for the renovation of administrative cities, the project provides for the construction of a new administrative city of the 21st century, allowing the regrouping of different decentralized state services.
This project, which is part of the ZAC Gare Vallée by the construction of 2 buildings, will eventually host more than 1,150 workstations, a RIE and a crèche.
