The redevelopment was carried out on an occupied site for the transition from fixed and private offices to flex-offices. It was essential to take into account the profiles and business needs in the architectural reflection of the project in the enhancement of the existing building. Strong point in this reorientation, the creation of a conviviality / workcafe space while specific work was carried out on the identity of the spaces.
