La Française REM, WE - Nanterre
In Nanterre, the WE office building, developed by La Française REM, benefited from long-term strategic support from KARDHAM Investor Consulting, from the definition of its positioning through to the launch of its leasing strategy.
The objective was to create a distinctive, attractive and future-ready office asset, aligned with the profound changes in office uses and services.
A strategic positioning built over time
KARDHAM Investor Consulting was involved from the early stages through a strategic advisory and positioning assignment, with a forward-looking approach integrating office and service trends towards 2025.
This work was based on:
- an in-depth market study and competitive benchmark,
- the definition of target user profiles,
- the development of a clear and differentiated value proposition.
Identity and service offering as key drivers
Between 2020 and 2025, KARDHAM supported La Française REM on all aspects related to the asset’s identity, including image, communication and marketing.
At the same time, a comprehensive assignment was carried out on the service offering:
- definition and design of physical and digital services,
- selection and support of service providers,
- assistance with operational deployment.
This approach positioned WE as a service-driven office building, fully aligned with user expectations and new market standards.
Support through design and construction phases
KARDHAM Investor Consulting also provided support during the design and construction phases, working closely with the AMO and the client:
- definition of the project scope and key trends in office and service design,
- development of the program,
- design and delivery of the service spaces, conceived as major levers of attractiveness and performance.
A wide range of KARDHAM expertise mobilized
Additional Group expertise was mobilized to enrich the project:
- territorial analysis,
- Workplace Consulting and user assistance,
- Smart building / smart office, including the development of a dedicated application integrating personal services, building management and control, user energy journeys,
- fit-out of the meeting center and event center.
A promising leasing launch
The positioning and leasing strategy defined by KARDHAM Investor Consulting supported the launch of commercialization, with two initial leases currently being finalized, for areas of 4,700 sqm and 1,060 sqm.
An asset designed for future uses
The WE project illustrates KARDHAM’s ability to support complex office developments over the long term, combining strategic vision, user-centered design, digital innovation and commercial efficiency, in the service of long-term asset value.
