Architecture

The Nantes / Rennes agency is based on two entities established in these cities, which allows to have a wide range of action.

To date, 12 people are attached to it, including 3 in Rennes, representing the group's professions: Architecture, Project Management, and Consulting.

The group's architecture division has been developing in this sector for 4 years and has 2 people on the team. The projects are very varied, and can cover all of the following areas: tertiary, industrial, health, public facilities, housing ...

The missions entrusted :

Leading autonomously, with the support of a project manager, various projects in compliance with the client's objectives in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
Direct contact with the project owners and interlocutors of the projects.
Produce the graphic and written deliverables necessary for each phase of the project, mainly in the design phase: wireframes or digital models (volumetric or with simple rendering), drafting of descriptive notes.
Participate in the analysis of programs, contextual and regulatory constraints, to propose appropriate solutions.
Participate in the planning, budgeting and other administrative documents.
During the construction phase, participate in the architectural follow-up of the works (issue of visas, participation in the synthesis), and produce the corresponding reports. Ensure the conformity of the various works carried out. Participate in the financial follow-up of the project (work situations, evolution and impact of project modifications).
Participate in the acceptance of works and complete the lifting of reservations.
Profile

Trained as an Architect (DPLG, DE, HMONP or equivalent); you have a minimum of 3 years experience in an architectural firm, including at least one long-term period.

You have an excellent command of the production tools Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and/or Rhino, Adobe and Office Suites, ... as well as solid knowledge of architectural and technical lots.

You know the normative environment of the design: ERT, ERP, ICPE

You are familiar with project management in studies, the different phases of design, and the content of the missions and have notions of the site in the DET / VISA phases.
