As such, we’ve created an owner-assistance team for environment/sustainable development projects, which performs audits, provides upstream consulting, environmental planning, and support for certifications / labels, supervises projects during the design and execution phases, factors operations/maintenance issues into the projects, etc.

To continue generating this growth, we are looking for a Consulting Project Director – Sustainable Development (M/F).

- Analysing the site and defining the profile, requirements and performance assessment methods during the planning stage

- Conducting general cost studies that account for operations and maintenance conditions

- Overseeing the project during the design and execution phases

- Conducting special owner-assistance studies on environmental, energy and performance issues, while managing the related tools and processes

- Managing environmental certifications and labels

The Consulting Project Director (Sustainable Development) represents the company to its clients regarding all matters under their responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction and the success and profitability of the project.

Depending on the size of their assignments, they may work in tandem with the department’s project managers and supervise them. They may also work with the other consultants from the Consulting Division on joint projects involving owner-assistance, workplace, change, BIM, and Smart Building consulting.

They will participate in developing the division’s sales.

The Project Director will have some prospects for advancement within the department, depending on their results and their level of involvement.
