Our Parisian agency's development division is made up of a hundred or so employees who work on development projects for tertiary, retail and industrial spaces on behalf of nationally and internationally renowned clients - Amazon, Groupama, Guerlain, LVMH, Natixis, Orange, Stago, etc.

Thanks to its expertise and recognized know-how, the agency regularly works on large-scale complex projects. Our teams are involved in all phases of the project, from design to implementation, on a project management and/or project management basis.

Within the RETAIL division (technical deployment) for the LEROY MERLIN account, we are looking for a project manager, technical referent to support the client in the management of the Parisian stores.

Missions

The missions of the Design & Build Project Director are divided into 4 main activities

Pre-sales :

Participation in the establishment of commercial proposals:
- Project approach / methodology.
- Arbitrary choice in the organization.
- Differentiating axes in the Kardham response.
- Fee schedule.
- Planning.
- Client presentation.
- Participation in the preparation of the General Contractor's offer and client presentation.

Project management:

Animation of a project team on the phases of conception and realization within the framework of the methods and process in progress:
- Internal organization at the launch of the mission.
- Management of the complete project follow-up: weekly meetings, financial follow-up, piloting of the gross margin, consolidation of the closing of the operation (qualitative and quantitative capitalization).

Operational :

Intervention alongside the operational project team as soon as the project progress requires it:
- Facilitation of the client launch meeting.
- Intervention in strategic phases or strategic client meetings.
- Intervention in case of technical/architectural issues or project risks (compliance with contractual commitments, client relationship, financial risks, technical or architectural issues, staffing).

Reporting:

Sharing of project monitoring and risks with the relevant Division Manager or the Director of the attached Competence Centre.

As part of your job, you will be required to work on different sites at the client's premises in tandem with the client. It is therefore imperative to have a driving licence as you will be on the road as part of your duties.

Profile

Bac +5 (engineering school, architecture or university equivalent).

At least 7 years of significant experience in the field of retail and MOE.

Organizational skills, leadership, experience in project management, customer relations, writing skills, strong autonomy, rigor, team spirit.

Confirmed experience on technical deployment projects in RETAIL is expected on warehouse type stores in terms of project template is imperative.
