We are currently looking for a Project Manager / General Contractor (M/F) to work on our various tertiary projects in the Rennes region.
Missions :
Accompanied and trained by an experienced Project Manager, you will work on our tertiary space development projects in the design and/or execution phase.
In direct contact with the client from the beginning of the project, you will analyze the client's needs for the entire design phase of the project, in the sketch phase, APS, APD, and drafting of the consultation document for companies (DCE).
You will actively participate in weekly site meetings, and will write minutes and reports.
You are in charge of the management of human and material means necessary to the good progress of the building sites
Profile:
M/F : With a higher education background, at least Bac + 5 (school of architecture, engineering school or university equivalent), you have at least 1 year experience in design or construction management (internship, work-study, permanent contract).
Autonomous and organized, you wish to develop your skills in technical design and construction management on our tertiary projects
