2017 – HIGHLIGHTS

The Group is actively pursuing its development strategy.

In terms of external growth, Mobilitis, an expert in commercial real estate consulting and services, has joined the Kardham group: it is a symbiosis of know-how and complementary clienteles that enables the group to strengthen its ability to offer tailor-made and innovative thinking and support.

Kardham is accelerating the development of its businesses. Kardham, with its know-how in digital engineering, designs and deploys digital infrastructures for the benefit of both Owners and Users of tertiary buildings and offers a modular and agile digital platform, called Kardham Connect. This platform develops the widest and most diversified range of digital services on the market. The first implementations are currently being deployed.

The group is asserting its international presence with the development of its Moroccan subsidiary, its ongoing development operations outside the borders: most recently in Milan, and a new partnership with RBSgroup, a major German and European partner operating in the same businesses as Kardham.

Very good results were recorded in all business lines: Consulting, Architecture, Space Design Development, Digital and Dngineering in support of our business lines. Among the major projects that marked the year and were delivered : the interior design of the CM-CIC premises located in tower D2 at La Défense (17,500 m²), the interior design of the Vidélio headquarters (7.000 m²), the refurbishment of a building place de la Madeleine for Leroy Merlin (delivered in 2018), the interior design of L’Oréal’s “Seine 62” head office (48,000 m²) and the interior design of the work areas of the public establishment “Paris La Défense” (3,200 m²).

2018 – FIRST HALF AND OUTLOOK

The Group is strengthening its position as a major player in the French market, consolidating its international strategy and deploying its new business organization.

The balance sheet for the first half of the year is positive with a favourable order book. Kardham continues to expand in France and internationally and can count on the support of its shareholders Bpifrance and Amundi Private Equity.

Group Transformation – The deployment of the Group’s new organization, integrating the Mobilitis teams and all employees, will be finalized at the end of 2018. This transformation aims to promote greater integration of the business lines serving real estate projects and to position Kardham as the benchmark player in optimising the use value of a building. In this context, the group also plans to regroup its Paris teams in new intramuros offices by 2019. These premises will be the group’s showcase.

“Our transformation project should enable us to get even closer to our customers and serve them better, while respecting the entrepreneurial culture and human values that so deeply permeate our Group. We are also pursuing our efforts to innovate and deepen our expertise, for example by setting up an incubator for strategic initiatives and thematic “business line” communities. Of course, in order to offer more added value to our customers. But just as much so that our employees can find new areas for exploration and personal development. “underlines Jean-François Couëc, President of KARDHAM.
