With a degree in Economics, Marc has built a career in real estate alternating between investors and consultants

He started at JLL as a consultant in the industrial branch, before going on to direct the office agency, covering the west of the Paris region. He was later appointed director of the major account team.

IHe pursued his career as sales director at SFL, a listed REIT with a portfolio of an estimated €6.5 billion, and a leading investor in prime office buildings. Marc was a member of SFL’s executive committee.

Marc returned to the world of broking when he was appointed as deputy managing director of Nexity Conseil and Transaction to oversee the company's major-client accounts.

Later, at B&C France, he played a key role in developing the asset management support service offered to institutional investors, before becoming sales director of the group.

In 2019, he joined Kardham to establish a company exclusively dedicated to Investors: Kardham Investor Consulting

Eléonore embarked on her career in real estate as a consultant with Knight Frank. She went on to become an associate with Exa Conseil, in the company's major-client accounts service.

When B&C France launched their investment advisory service, Eléonore was appointed by the company as a specialist in managing and coordinating the sales and letting of large-scale developments.

Eléonore obtained a master’s in private law and a DESS in real estate and construction law at Paris II Assas.

Drawing on her rich and varied background in commercial real estate, Anne provides Real Estate Strategy consulting services.

Her previous experience includes positions as project manager in the asset management arm of Carrefour Property, project lead of development projects at Fonds FTQ in Montreal, development manager at Nexity in Madrid (office schemes), and investment and letting consultant at Auguste Thouard/ Atis Real (now BNP Paribas Real Estate). Anne is a member of the RICS.

Anne holds a DESup degree in Commercial Real Estate from Panthéon Sorbonne University, Paris I: commercial leases, asset management, valuation, financial techniques, investment financing.

Anthony works as a coordinator on all types of client assignments for Kardham Investor Consulting; he also coordinates and steers development projects in our team. His scope of work is very varied but can be broadly grouped into three spheres: administrative, commercial and qualitative.

Anthony previously worked at Valtus Transition, a leading change management consultancy, as a Business Coordinator, where he supported one of the firm’s founding partners in these three spheres. Anthony has also actively participated in the launch and development of the Valtus foundation, a charity helping 18 to 26 year olds in their search for a first job.

After graduating from business school, Pierre began his career in marketing then soon moved to commercial real estate consulting. He spent more than four years in the major account team of BNP Paribas Real Estate, before joining Kardham Investor Consulting as a consultant.

Pierre studied at Montpellier Business School, at Universität Wien and followed the preparatory course for HEC.
